DHL opened its service in Yugoslavia 1983, servicing the market of the Former Yugoslavia through an agent. In 1990, DHL opened an own entity. Since then, the company has been continuously present on the market, finding solutions to service the customer needs.
DHL in Serbia has 6,000 contracts with domestic and international companies and over 12,000 accounts, customers who use DHL in their communication and as air express transport solution. DHL in Serbia has 65% of market share in international transport of packages and documents.
DHL was awarded a JUS ISO 9002 quality certificate in 1998. DHL recertified its quality management system to the new version, SRPS ISO 9001:2008. DHL was also awarded QMS/EMS – 14001:2005 Integrated Quality Management system and Environment protection in the Company.
Belgrade is covered with 6 Service Centres and 25 courier routes.
